Another school year has ended and the students and myself have experienced so much over the past year. Thank you to all those who brought in a treat and decorations yesterday for our last celebration of the year, our Canadian Cultural Celebration! Many thanks to Mrs. Hussein who came to our feast in full Ethiopian cultural dress and explained her traditions and celebrations with the class. Some lucky students were able to try on these beautiful garments.
Thank you to all of you have volunteered your time on field trips, in-class and have supported your child this year. They are successful because of what you do at home.
I wish each and every one of you a safe and happy summer! It was a pleasure getting to know each of you and my best wishes always.
