We have managed to bring in the piano this week into the classroom and have dedicated some of our time to learning different French songs and rhymes with the use of rhythm instruments. "Mon âne" is a French nursery rhyme/song that we sing to signal that it is circle time on the carpet. This is an addition to our "Mes comptines et chansons" folder this week. I have found a Karaoke version on youtube. This version adds two more verses. (Un ratelier d'argent is a silver hayrack) Happy singing!
